Welcome to the Methodist Training & Outreach Center, Inc. website. M.T.O.C. is the central outreach center for support services for the homeless in the Virgin Islands . Here you will find current facts about homelessness in the VI, an overview of the public and private homeless Continuum of Care, and the Virgin Islands Interagency Council Against Homelessness' ten year plan to end homelessness.

It is our hope that this website will help to foster deeper collaboration between agencies working within the homelessness continuum of care and we hope you will choose to make it a useful tool.
